Pepper Pike home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Pepper Pike fell by $37,665 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $478,335 - a 7.3% decrease over the $516,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the second quarter of 2019.
