South Euclid home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in South Euclid rose by $19,100 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $95,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in South Euclid in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
