Pepper Pike home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Pepper Pike fell by $1,330 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $466,670 - a 0.3% decrease over the $468,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
