South Euclid home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in South Euclid rose by $15,940 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 219 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,640 - a 18.6% increase over the $85,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 314 homes sold in South Euclid in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
