Pepper Pike home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Pepper Pike rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $492,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Pepper Pike in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
