Beachwood home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Beachwood fell by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,000 - a 18.6% decrease over the $336,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Beachwood in June 2019.
