Mayfield home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Mayfield rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 5% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mayfield in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
