Highland Heights home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 15.9% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Highland Heights in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
