University Heights home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in University Heights rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in University Heights in May 2019.
