South Euclid home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in South Euclid rose by $19,750 while total sales decreased by 34.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 21.4% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in South Euclid in May 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
