Euclid home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Euclid rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 18.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 17.7% increase over the $73,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Euclid in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
