Cleveland home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Cleveland rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 51.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 347 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 16.3% increase over the $43,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 711 homes sold in Cleveland in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
