Pepper Pike home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Pepper Pike rose by $106,500 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $529,000 - a 25.2% increase over the $422,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Pepper Pike in July 2016.
