Highland Heights home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Highland Heights fell by $55,250 while total sales increased by 260%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,750 - a 16% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Highland Heights in July 2016.
