Mayfield Heights home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $18,208 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,500 - a 16.2% increase over the $112,292 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
