Cleveland Heights home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $23,100 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,100 - a 29.6% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
