East Cleveland home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in East Cleveland rose by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,000 - a 70% increase over the $10,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in East Cleveland in July 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 10.3% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
