South Euclid home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in South Euclid rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $83,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in South Euclid in July 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
