Euclid home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Euclid fell by $150 while total sales increased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,600 - a 0.3% decrease over the $52,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Euclid in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
