Mayfield home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Mayfield rose by $74,705 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,500 - a 49.2% increase over the $151,795 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mayfield in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
