Highland Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Highland Heights rose by $19,550 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,500 - a 7.7% increase over the $254,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Highland Heights in August 2016.
