Shaker Heights home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Shaker Heights fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 40.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 6% decrease over the $184,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Shaker Heights in August 2016.
