Richmond Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Richmond Heights rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 10.1% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Richmond Heights in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
