Mayfield Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,750 - a 18.5% increase over the $100,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in August 2016.
