Lyndhurst home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Lyndhurst fell by $15,250 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $129,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lyndhurst in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Lyndhurst for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,180, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
