South Euclid home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in South Euclid rose by $12,000 while total sales increased by 69%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 15% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in South Euclid in August 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
