East Cleveland home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in East Cleveland rose by $20,446 while total sales increased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 214% increase over the $9,554 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in East Cleveland in August 2016.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 5.8% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
