Cleveland Heights home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Cleveland Heights fell by $100 while total sales increased by 23.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 0.1% decrease over the $90,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.5% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
