Euclid home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Euclid rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 48.6% increase over the $37,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Euclid in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
