Highland Heights home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Highland Heights rose by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 6% increase over the $235,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Highland Heights in September 2016.
