Beachwood home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Beachwood rose by $39,900 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $265,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Beachwood in September 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
