Shaker Heights home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Shaker Heights fell by $42,000 while total sales increased by 84.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 19.6% decrease over the $214,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Shaker Heights in September 2016.
