Mayfield home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Mayfield fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 3% decrease over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mayfield in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
