Euclid home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Euclid fell by $7,250 while total sales increased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,750 - a 13.7% decrease over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Euclid in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 6.2% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
