Mayfield home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Mayfield rose by $78,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 39.9% increase over the $196,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mayfield in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
