Highland Heights home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Highland Heights fell by $113,500 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 35.7% decrease over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Highland Heights in October 2016.
