South Euclid home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in South Euclid rose by $24,750 while total sales increased by 51.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,750 - a 41.3% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in South Euclid in October 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
