Highland Heights home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Highland Heights fell by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $286,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Highland Heights in November 2016, as well.
