Richmond Heights home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Richmond Heights rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 31.6% increase over the $114,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Richmond Heights in November 2016.
