University Heights home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in University Heights rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in University Heights in November 2016.
