Mayfield Heights home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 23.6% increase over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in November 2016.
