South Euclid home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in South Euclid rose by $14,550 while total sales decreased by 34.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,450 - a 19.4% increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in South Euclid in November 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
