Cleveland Heights home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.9% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
