Shaker Heights home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Shaker Heights rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 63.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Shaker Heights in December 2016.
