Pepper Pike home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Pepper Pike fell by $108,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,000 - a 27.9% decrease over the $389,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Pepper Pike in December 2016.
