Highland Heights home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Highland Heights rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,500 - a 0.7% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Highland Heights in December 2016.
