Lyndhurst home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Lyndhurst fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lyndhurst in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Lyndhurst for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,180, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
