Richmond Heights home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Richmond Heights rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Richmond Heights in December 2016.
