South Euclid home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in South Euclid rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $72,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in South Euclid in December 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
