Euclid home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Euclid fell by $690 while total sales increased by 96.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,810 - a 1.3% decrease over the $52,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Euclid in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.5% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
